Reschedule & cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a tattoo appointment and is applied to your final total. Reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice and your deposit transfers once. Cancellations under 48 hours, no-shows, or repeat reschedules forfeit the deposit. Deposits are processed in person or by a secure link — never over chat.

For custom and larger work, yes — it’s free, in studio or by video, and lets us talk placement, size, references, and a realistic plan. Small flash and most piercings can often be done as walk-ins during our walk-in windows.
Our shop minimum is $140. Resident hourly rates run $170–$220 and full-day sessions $1,400–$1,500, depending on the artist and style. Set flash pieces have fixed prices on the wall. You get a clear quote in your consult before any work begins.
Piercing walk-ins are welcome Wed–Sun. Small flash tattoo walk-ins are available on Saturdays, subject to artist availability. Larger or custom tattoo work always starts with a consultation and a booked appointment.
