Age & ID
You must be 18 or older with valid government-issued photo ID for tattoos. Minors are pierced only where Oregon law permits, with a parent or legal guardian present and matching photo ID; some piercings are 18+ regardless of consent. We reserve the right to decline service for medical or safety reasons or if a client appears intoxicated.
Health & safety
Ironbound Flash Co. is a licensed body-art facility (OR Body Art Facility License #BA-44128) permitted by the county health department; license and permit numbers shown are illustrative for this template. All artists and our piercer hold current Bloodborne Pathogen certification.
Pricing & deposits
Prices, deposits, and rates shown are illustrative starting points for this template and vary by artist, style, size, and placement. You always receive a clear quote in your consultation before any work begins. Piercing service fees are separate from the cost of jewelry.
